Custom Corporate Apparel in Naples, FL

Branded polos, button-downs, outerwear and workwear for Naples companies — embroidered and printed in-house, held on file for reorders, and shipped to one office or twenty.

From The Ashes runs custom corporate apparel as a program, not a one-off order. Same garment, same colour, same logo placement, whether you order sixty pieces in October or twelve more in March.

An Order Ends. A Program Doesn't.

Most shops will print sixty polos and consider the job finished. The problem shows up four months later, when you hire three people and need three more polos that match — same blank, same thread colour, same logo size and position. If nobody recorded it, they won’t.

We hold your digitized stitch files, your PMS-matched ink formulas, your garment SKUs and your placement specs. A reorder is a repeat of a recorded setup, not a fresh interpretation of your brand.

That is the difference between buying shirts and running an custom corporate apparel program — and for a company that hires year-round, it is the only thing that matters after the first order.

What Goes Into a Corporate Apparel Program

Different roles need different garments. We spec each tier separately rather than putting the whole company in the same shirt.

Polos

The default for client-facing staff, and the piece most programs are built around — see custom polos for fabrics and brands. Embroidered left chest, optional sleeve or back-of-neck branding. Available in cotton, performance and blended fabrics depending on whether people sit in an office or work outdoors in August.

Button-Downs & Oxfords

A step up for management, sales and anyone in front of clients. Subtle embroidery reads as professional rather than promotional.

Quarter-Zips & Outerwear

Naples offices run cold even when it’s 92 outside. Quarter-zips, softshells and vests are the pieces employees actually keep and wear off the clock — which is free brand exposure.

Team & Event Tees

Screen printed for company events, charity runs, trade shows and casual Fridays. Cheaper per piece and better for large multi-colour artwork.

Workwear & Hi-Vis

Durable shirts, work pants and high-visibility apparel for field crews, technicians and site staff. Built for daily wear and repeated laundering.

Headwear & Accessories

Caps and beanies, bags and drinkware to round out a program — the pieces that go home with clients after a meeting or a trade show.

Industries We Outfit Across Naples

Naples has a particular business mix, and each corner of it needs something different from a corporate apparel program.

Real Estate & Brokerages

Collier County is dense with brokerages, and agents are walking billboards. Embroidered polos and quarter-zips for open houses, plus client gifting that doesn’t look like swag.

Professional & Financial Services

Law firms, accounting practices, wealth management. Understated embroidery on quality blanks — the branding should be visible at four feet and invisible at forty.

Medical & Dental Practices

Scrubs, lab coats and embroidered polos for front desk and clinical staff, with names and credentials stitched per person. Polyester thread so repeated hot-wash cycles don’t fade it.

Construction & Trades

Hi-vis shirts, work pants and jackets for crews across Collier and Lee County. Durable decoration that survives the job site, plus crew-size ordering rather than 500-piece minimums. See construction workwear. See construction workwear.

Hospitality Groups & Clubs

Multi-property operators running several concepts. Separate programs per property, produced on one schedule and delivered in labelled boxes. Restaurants: see our dedicated restaurant uniform programs.

Marine, Yacht & Charter Services

Performance fabrics that handle sun and salt, embroidered for crews and branded merchandise for guests.

Onboarding, Sizing and Reorders

New-hire kits, ready to hand over

We can hold stock of your most common sizes so a hire starting Monday is in uniform by Monday, not waiting on a production run. Kitted, bagged and labelled per person if you want it that way.

Size runs that reflect reality

Your first order is a guess at your team’s sizes. Your second can be informed by what actually happened. We keep the breakdown and adjust it with you.

One logo, many placements

Left chest for polos, larger centre for event tees, tonal on outerwear. We record the exact size and position for each garment type so nothing drifts between runs.

Multi-location, one schedule

Several offices or job sites? One purchase order, one production run, separate labelled boxes to each address. You’re not coordinating six shipments.

Colour that holds

PMS matching with the mixed formula recorded, so your brand blue is the same shade in run four as it was in run one.

Artwork on file

Rebrand, sub-brand or new division? We already have your files and can adapt rather than start over.

Company Stores and Fulfillment

Corporate apparel order inspected and packed at From The Ashes Naples

This is where most local shops stop and we don’t. Alongside decoration we run pick, pack and ship fulfillment out of the same facility — over 500,000 units a month of capacity.

For a corporate program that means we can hold your inventory, then ship on demand: a new hire in Fort Myers, a trade show pallet to Orlando, a client gift box to a single address. You aren’t storing boxes of polos in a supply closet and mailing them yourself.

It also means private-label finishing — custom neck tags, hang tags, folding and polybagging — so an employee opening a box gets something that looks like a retail product, not a print job.

Embroidery or Screen Printing for Corporate Apparel?

Embroidery

Minimum 12 pieces

The default for corporate. Polos, button-downs, quarter-zips, caps and workwear, all embroidered in-house. Thread doesn’t crack, it survives commercial laundering, and on a quality blank it reads as considered rather than promotional. Priced by stitch count, so a clean wordmark costs less than a detailed crest. Digitized in-house.

Screen Printing

Minimum 50 pieces

For company event tees, charity runs, trade show giveaways and anything with large or multi-colour artwork. Far cheaper per piece at volume, and the right answer for graphics embroidery can’t reproduce cleanly.

DTF

Minimum 12 pieces

For short runs, full-colour artwork, and orders spanning many garment types and colours at once. No screen setup, so it’s usually the fastest route when a deadline is tight.

Most corporate programs use two. Embroidered polos and outerwear for daily wear, screen printed tees for events. You can mix and match across methods to reach your minimums — they don’t have to be met individually.

What Drives the Cost

We quote every program individually, but these are the levers — and knowing them lets you make the tradeoff deliberately.

Stitch count

Embroidery is priced by stitches, not by garment. A simple wordmark is meaningfully cheaper than a detailed crest with fine text, and simplifying a logo for small-format stitching often improves how it looks anyway.

Colour and placement count

Screen printing is priced per colour per location. One colour on a left chest is dramatically cheaper per piece than four colours front and back.

Garment tier

Usually the largest line item. The gap between a budget polo and a premium retail-quality one can be several times over, and it’s the easiest place to move a budget without touching the branding.

Quantity

Screen printing scales hard — setup is spread across the run. Embroidery scales gently, since every piece takes machine time regardless of how many you order.

The useful frame is cost per employee per year, not cost per shirt. A quality embroidered polo that still looks right after a season of washing is cheaper than a cheap one replaced twice.

Built for How Naples Businesses Actually Run

A corporate apparel program in Naples has constraints a template written for anywhere else won’t account for.

Season changes your headcount

Plenty of Naples and Collier County businesses staff up through the fall and contract after Easter. Ordering your main run in late summer, before the hiring wave, costs less than scrambling in January — and holding a small buffer of common sizes means seasonal hires are outfitted on day one.

Dress code is different here

Naples runs business-casual further up the org chart than most markets. Embroidered polos and quarter-zips do work that a suit does elsewhere, which makes garment quality more visible — a cheap blank is noticed in a Naples conference room.

It is hot for most of the year

Heavyweight cotton is punishing from May to October. Performance and blended fabrics in lighter weights keep field staff and anyone moving between buildings comfortable, and they hold their shape through far more wash cycles.

Offices are spread across the county

Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral are a wide service footprint for one company. We deliver across Collier and Lee County and can split a single production run into labelled boxes per location.

How a Corporate Program Works

1. Roles and headcount

Tell us who needs what — office, field, management, events — and roughly how many. Estimates are fine to start.

2. Garment selection

We recommend blanks by role and budget and get samples in your hands before you commit to a hundred pieces.

3. Artwork and digitizing

Send vector if you have it. If not, our in-house team rebuilds it. Embroidery digitizing happens on-site, not overseas.

4. Proof and sew-out

A digital proof for print, a physical sew-out for embroidery. You approve before production.

5. Production

7–10 business days typical once approved. Hard deadline? Tell us before we start, not after.

6. Delivery or fulfillment

One box, labelled boxes per location, or held in our facility and shipped on demand as you hire.

Corporate Apparel FAQs

Embroidery and DTF start at 12 pieces and screen printing at 50. You can mix and match across methods to reach your total — 24 embroidered polos plus 30 screen printed event tees works as one order rather than two.

Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork and garments are approved. First-time embroidery includes a digitizing and sew-out approval step, so allow a little more on a brand-new logo.
