Custom Embroidered Polos in Naples, FL
Company polos embroidered in-house on Barudan machines — Nike, OGIO, TravisMathew, Port Authority and more. Digitizing included, reorders that match, and a 12-piece minimum. Serving Naples and Southwest Florida.
The Polo Does More Work Than Any Other Uniform Piece
A tee is for events. A button-down is for the office. The polo is the piece that covers almost everything in between — it works on a job site, at a trade show, behind a counter, on a boat and in a client meeting, which is why it is the single most ordered garment in almost every uniform program we run.
It is also the piece most often gotten wrong. A cheap cotton polo in Naples in August is a wet, wrinkled mess by ten in the morning, and a badly digitized logo puckers the placket on the first wash. The garment and the stitching have to be chosen for the climate and the job, not just the price.
Everything here is embroidered in-house. We digitize your logo ourselves rather than outsourcing it, which means we can adjust the stitch file until the sew-out is right instead of accepting whatever comes back from a vendor overseas.
Choosing the Right Polo Fabric
Performance polyester
The default in Southwest Florida. Moisture-wicking, dries fast, resists wrinkling and holds colour under constant sun. If your team is outdoors or moving all day, start here — it is the difference between looking pressed at 4pm and looking finished.
Cotton pique
The traditional polo texture. Softer, heavier and more classic-looking, better suited to air-conditioned environments than to a Florida afternoon. Still the right call for a certain look in professional services.
Cotton-poly blends
The compromise most companies land on: the hand-feel of cotton with enough polyester to survive laundering and hold its shape. A safe default when a team spans indoor and outdoor roles.
Jersey knit
Smoother and lighter than pique, closer to a t-shirt in feel. Reads more casual, which is right for hospitality, retail and creative teams and wrong for a boardroom.
Sun protection and UPF
Long-sleeve performance polos with UPF ratings are increasingly standard for outdoor crews here — a serious upgrade for anyone who spends the day in direct sun.
Weight and colour, honestly
Lightweight fabrics feel better in heat but show more through the shoulders. Light colours run cooler; dark colours hide dirt. We will tell you the trade-off rather than just quoting what has the best margin.
Brands We Source
We source across the major decorating brands, so the question is what fits your team and budget rather than what one supplier happens to stock. A short list of what we order most:
Nike
The recognized name, and the one that reads as a gift rather than a uniform. Dri-FIT performance polos are a staple for client-facing teams and company events.
OGIO
Modern cuts and technical fabrics with a sharper look than a traditional corporate polo. A strong middle ground when you want branded but not stuffy.
TravisMathew
Premium end. This is what you order when the polo is a gift, an executive piece, or client-facing at a level where the garment itself is the message.
Port Authority
The workhorse. Broad size range, deep colour selection, consistent stock and a price that works when you are outfitting thirty people rather than five.
Sport-Tek
Performance-focused and value-priced. The practical choice for larger teams, outdoor crews and anywhere polos take a beating and get replaced often.
Carhartt and workwear brands
Heavier, more durable polos built for trades. Pairs naturally with our construction workwear programs.
Embroidery or Printing on a Polo?
Embroidery is almost always right
Thread does not crack, it survives commercial laundering, and on a quality blank it reads as considered rather than promotional. It is also the only finish that looks correct on a placket and collar. Priced by stitch count, so a clean wordmark costs less than a detailed crest.
When printing makes sense
Large, full-colour or photographic artwork that embroidery cannot reproduce cleanly, and event polos where the design is a graphic rather than a logo. DTF handles these from 12 pieces with no screen setup.
The stitch count question
Most company logos land between 5,000 and 12,000 stitches on a left chest. Detailed crests, fine text and gradients push that up, and the price with it — we will tell you if simplifying one element saves real money without hurting the mark.
Tonal and subtle finishes
Thread matched to the garment colour gives a quiet, high-end look that has become common on premium polos. Good for executive pieces and retail merchandise, less good when you need the logo readable from across a room.
Where the Logo Goes
Left chest
The standard, and the right answer nine times out of ten. Roughly 3.5–4 inches wide, positioned so it sits correctly whether the wearer is tucked in or not.
Right chest
Where employee names go, opposite the company logo. The classic service-industry setup.
Sleeve
A second mark for a partner brand, certification, division or location. Also where a small flag or year badge lives on event polos.
Back yoke and nape
A small mark below the collar seam reads as a retail detail rather than a uniform. Useful for merchandise and premium pieces.
Collar and cuff
Subtle placements for brands that want the garment to look bought rather than issued. Best with tonal thread.
Sizing the mark
A logo that works on a banner rarely works at four inches. We rescale and, where needed, simplify artwork so it stitches cleanly at polo scale — and you approve a proof before the run.
Who Orders Polos From Us
Corporate and professional services
Client-facing teams, offices and multi-location employers. Polos anchor most of the programs on our corporate apparel side.
Restaurants and hospitality
Server and host polos that survive commercial laundering, plus management pieces that look a step above. See restaurant uniforms.
Contractors and trades
Supervisors, estimators and anyone walking into a customer’s home. Performance fabric, embroidered, in company colours.
Marine, charter and outdoor
Long-sleeve performance polos with sun protection, specified with polyester thread because salt air punishes everything else.

Agents, open houses and storefront teams — where the polo is doing brand work as much as uniform work.
Events, teams and giveaways
Tournament polos, sponsor gifts and staff pieces for company events, produced alongside the rest of an order.
Ordering Polos in Naples
We produce at 4120 Enterprise Ave, Suite 103 in Naples, and deliver across Collier and Lee County — Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral — with pickup available at the shop.
The practical minimum is 12 pieces for embroidery, and you can mix polos with caps, tees and workwear in one order to reach it. That matters more than it sounds: most companies do not need forty polos, they need eighteen polos, a dozen caps and some button-downs, all with the same logo, arriving at the same time.
Turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork and garments are approved. First-time logos include digitizing and a sew-out approval, so build in a little extra on a brand-new design.
Custom Polo FAQs
What is the minimum order for custom polos?
Embroidered polos start at 12 pieces. You can mix polos with other embroidered items — caps, button-downs, workwear — to reach the minimum as a single order.
How much does a custom embroidered polo cost?
It depends on the blank and the stitch count of your logo, which is why we quote rather than publish a price. A Port Authority polo with a simple wordmark and a TravisMathew polo with a detailed crest are different products at different prices. Tell us the brand tier and quantity and we will give you a real number.
Which polo brand should I choose?
For most teams in Florida, a performance polo from Port Authority or Sport-Tek covers it. Choose Nike or OGIO when the polo is client-facing and you want the brand recognized, and TravisMathew when it is an executive or gift piece. We will lay out the options at two or three price points.
Do you charge extra for digitizing?
Every logo is digitized in-house by our own team rather than outsourced. Doing it ourselves means we control the quality and can adjust the stitch file until the sew-out is right.
Will my reorder match the first batch?
Yes. We keep your digitized stitch file, thread colours, garment SKU and placement spec on file, so a reorder repeats a recorded setup rather than reinterpreting your logo.
Can you embroider polos I already own?
Usually, yes. Bring them in and we will look at the fabric and construction — some technical knits and lined plackets embroider better than others, and we would rather tell you that before we run them.
Can you add employee names?
Yes. Company logo left chest, first name right chest is the standard. Names are stitched individually, so send the list and we will keep it for future hires.
What sizes can you get?
Standard XS through 4XL or larger depending on the brand, plus women’s cuts on most styles. Extended sizes carry a mill upcharge, which we quote plainly rather than hiding in the per-piece price.
How long does a polo order take?
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. A brand-new logo adds a digitizing and sew-out step.
Do you deliver outside Naples?
Yes — across Collier and Lee County including Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral, with pickup available at our Enterprise Avenue facility.
