A crew shirt here lives a different life than one in Ohio. Nine months of heat and humidity, direct sun most of the year, salt air near the coast, and a garment that gets soaked, dried, and washed almost every day. Add concrete dust, roofing tar and the odd run-in with a wall, and a shirt has to earn its place.
That changes what we put your logo on and how. We specify polyester thread on embroidery so bleach and industrial washing don’t fade it, and we control cure temperature on every screen printed run — under-cured ink is the single most common reason a work shirt cracks across the chest after a month. On moisture-wicking polyester we account for dye migration, the reason a white print on a navy performance tee turns pink on a cheap job.
None of that costs you more. It is just the difference between a shirt your crew still wears in month eight and one that ends up as a rag.

Class 2 and Class 3 style hi-vis tees, long sleeves and polos in safety yellow and orange. Decoration placement matters on rated garments — a logo cannot eat into the reflective striping or the background material the rating depends on, so we place left chest and back logos to work around it.
Work shirts and button-downs
Poplin and twill button-downs, short and long sleeve, with an embroidered company logo on the left chest and names on the right. The standard look for service techs, supervisors and anyone who walks into a customer’s home.
Polos for PMs, estimators and sales

Embroidery, Screen Print or DTF for a Crew?
Short version: embroider what a customer sees up close, print what the crew sweats through.
Embroidery — minimum 12
The default for anything worn in front of a customer: button-downs, polos, caps, jackets. Thread does not crack, it survives industrial laundering, and it reads as a real company rather than a giveaway. Priced by stitch count, so a clean wordmark costs less than a detailed crest. Digitized in-house.
Screen printing — minimum 50
The right answer for crew tees at volume. Far cheaper per piece once you are outfitting a full site, and the only sensible way to do large backs — a company name across the shoulders that is readable from across a lot.
DTF — minimum 12
For short runs, full-colour logos, and orders spanning several garment types and colours at once. No screen setup, so it is usually the fastest route when a job starts Monday and you have six new guys.
Most crews use two
Embroidered button-downs and caps for supervisors and anyone customer-facing, screen printed tees for the field. You can mix and match across methods to reach your minimums — they do not have to be met individually.

Your first order is a guess. Your second should not be — we keep what you ordered and what you actually needed, and adjust the run so you stop over-buying smalls and running out of 2XL and 3XL.
Reorders that match the first batch
Digitized stitch files, PMS-matched ink formulas, garment SKUs and placement specs all stay on file. The twelve shirts you order in March match the sixty from last October.
Extended sizes, priced honestly
Big and tall sizes carry a real upcharge from the mills. We quote them plainly rather than burying it, so your per-shirt math holds up.

Our shop is at 4120 Enterprise Ave, Suite 103, in the Naples industrial corridor off Airport-Pulling — a few minutes from most Collier County job sites and an easy stop on the way north. You can pick up, or we deliver.
We regularly produce for contractors in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island. Southwest Florida has been in a sustained building and rebuild cycle since the last storm seasons, and a lot of that work is done by crews who grew from six people to thirty in two years. Uniform programs tend to be an afterthought until a GC asks why nobody on site is identifiable.

How an Order Works
1. Tell us the crew
How many people, which trades, and who is customer-facing. That is usually enough for us to recommend garments and quantities.
2. Send whatever artwork you have
A vector file is ideal, but a truck photo or a business card works. Our design team rebuilds artwork into production-ready files, and embroidery digitizing happens here rather than being outsourced.
3. Approve a proof
You see placement, size and colour before anything is produced. On a first-time embroidery logo we run a sew-out so you see real thread on real fabric.
4. Production
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork and garments are approved. Rush is possible — tell us the date at the first conversation, not after.
5. Pickup or delivery
Collect at Enterprise Avenue, or we deliver across Collier and Lee County. Multi-site orders arrive boxed and labelled by location.
6. Reorder in a phone call
Everything is on file. A reorder is a repeat of a recorded setup, not a fresh project.
Construction Workwear FAQs
What is the minimum order for work shirts?
Embroidery and DTF start at 12 pieces and screen printing at 50. You can mix and match across methods to reach your total — 12 embroidered button-downs plus 50 screen printed crew tees works as one order rather than two.
How long does a workwear order take?
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork and garments are approved. First-time embroidery includes a digitizing and sew-out approval step, so allow a little more on a brand-new logo. If you have a hard start date, say so up front and we will confirm the schedule before production begins.
Can you decorate hi-vis and ANSI-rated safety shirts?
Yes. The thing to know is that decoration on a rated garment has to respect the rating — a logo cannot reduce the reflective striping or the required background material. We place chest and back logos to work around the striping. Tell us which class you are buying to and we will spec garments and placement to suit.
What about FR or flame-resistant clothing?
Tell us the standard you need to meet and we will source the right garment through our suppliers. FR garments have their own decoration rules — thread type and placement both matter, and we follow the garment manufacturer’s guidance rather than treating it like a normal shirt. This is a conversation to have before you order, not after.
Will the print survive daily wear and washing?
When the order is built for it, yes. We specify polyester thread on embroidery for anything going through hot or industrial washing, and we control cure temperature on every screen printed run. Embroidery generally outlasts printing on daily-wear items like button-downs and polos.
Can you add employee names to shirts?
Yes. Company logo on the left chest with a first name on the right is the standard service-tech setup. Names are embroidered individually, so tell us the list and we will keep it on file for new hires.
Can you hold stock for new hires?
Yes. We can keep inventory of your common sizes and release them as you need them, which is the practical answer to construction turnover. It also stops the pattern of ordering twelve shirts every time two people start.
Do you supply the garments or can I bring my own?
Either. We source across workwear and performance brands and will recommend by role and budget, or we will decorate garments you supply. If your crew already swears by a particular Carhartt shirt, we can usually get it.
What if my logo is only on my truck?
Send a photo. Our in-house design team rebuilds artwork into production-ready vector files, and we digitize embroidery on-site. Plenty of contractors come to us with nothing but a truck wrap and a business card.
Do you work with contractors outside Naples?
Yes. We produce for crews across Collier and Lee County including Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island, with pickup at our Enterprise Avenue facility or delivery to your office or site.
