How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork and garments are approved. If you have a fixed event or opening date, tell us at the first conversation and we’ll confirm the schedule before production starts.
Should island uniforms be embroidered or screen printed?
Embroider anything worn daily by guest-facing staff — polos, button-downs, chef coats, caps. Thread doesn’t crack and survives more commercial wash cycles than any print. Screen print event tees, guest merchandise and large multi-colour artwork.
Can you handle a whole resort or restaurant group?
Yes. We run separate programs per property or concept and produce them on one schedule — one purchase order, one delivery, the right garments in each box.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. We do PMS colour matching, mix custom inks in-house, and record the formula so reorders match. No PMS reference? We can match from signage, a menu or an existing garment.
